Lately i really start to think that you're pretty dumb, wavy.

I have been eating low carb for the last weeks, my meals consist of chicken, beef, fish and veggies. The pics are from the net, i cook this at home myself. I can't say i miss anything, and my stomach is always full.

Yes, my favorite atm.

Tuna, Avocado, sesame oil and soy sauce 1:2 ratio, then pour some grinded sesame seeds and /or nori over it. That's all, simple and very tasty.

I do agree with the bodybuilding style nutrition, but I would never do low carbs that's for sure.

In Japan they call this dish "Parents and Child", it's chicken in scrambled eggs.  ;D ;D

Also a great meal. I usually add spinach, garlic chives or other green veggies to it, maybe some onion.

I'm looking forward to hours and hours of discussions about how shitty Deicide looks and how WL is happy at 120lbs ripped with his 500 cals + one whey shake ultra-convenient super-diet.

It looks like one of those things that either tastes great or makes you want to puke, lol. From what you say, it's obviously the former.

Is it spicy? I'm guessing it's served with rice. What is it called?
