k Im done here, I need to start a new thread that is entertaining,  this is boring..In conclusion, Adonis, the end goal for me is to drop some weight and look and feel better. I also want to look like a man when I am in clothes and be in semi decent shape. I dont want to look like s a skinny little bitch when I walk around, which clearly is what you look like at 155 pounds, there is absolutely no getting around it. But you dont have violence in your life, lol god forbid you ever got into a fight you'd be confused beyond belief. I happen to have issues with this and dont want to be a stick figure and get broken in half if a situation arises. So in the end your look works for you and mine works for me.

And really Adonis, in the whole summary of things, you really are a fukin pussy. I mean look at your posts and your 155 pound body and the whole package. You have no defence in life, and thats just something I couldnt face each day, an inability to defend myself.  You'll always be the coward, but if you can live that way, well, all the power to you.

I dont want to be 190, it just doesnt interest me. I have a number and when I get there I will be happy. This isnt about an appearance thing. Christ I live in Canada where its winter 8 months of the year. I just simply want to get to a certain weight, then yay, I made my goal

You do realize that 190 at 10 percent is extremely rare for someone who is drug free, his age and height.  Nearly impossible.

You are not going to look any different than you do now, even if you drop weight to look like a "linebacker" (which you already look like).  You simply have way too much fat on you to see any real changes unless you are willing to go sub 200.

i think your social skills are just fine and your right about calories in vs calories out...    but your wrong about rinsing beef..  its not something i do regularly, but it does make sense. if someone is trying to lose fat rapidly, then they should eat as low calorie as possible while still getting in sufficient protein. logically, this indicates eating meals of protein-only, no fats or carbs. and its addviseable to get in a variety of protein sources, and not just stick with chicken breats or egg whites. so for the person looking for a protien only meal with as little calories as possible and hasent used beef for a while, they would want to make the beef as lean as possible when they ate it. they arent eating it for taste, just for a new variety of protein. and they arent eating because they are hungry, they are just eating to get enough protein to sustain mass while burning fat as fast as possible. nothing stupid, ignorant, or illogical about that.

lets say your poor and cant afford lean steak. all you can afford is just enough protein tro sustain your mass while burning fat. you want to get a few different options for protein. one of the cheapest is fatty ground beef. but you dont want to eat that fat with it, you dont care about tasting it, you just want that protein. so you cook it in a way that removes the fat. probably best by using boiling water like natural wonder suggested.  in this situation, it makes perfect sense.

it also makes perfect sense if its the middle of the day, i havent eaten for 4-5 hours, i need to eat some protien, and all i have is ground beef..  that im going to want to remove as much fat from it as possible. why the fuck would i want to eat more calories than i have to? id rather use those calories on some ice cream or pizza or whatever the fuck i want. not some nasty fatty beef.
