Phil shouldnt NEVER even be in the same sentence as Kevin. Kevin is a legend. He was massive with the structure of a track star/sprinter. . Phil looks like a 16 year old buy in puberty who hasnt developed any clavicles yet.

It's a tough one. I think they are very close. I think that can really be justified either way depending on the judging. It's not like asking if Phil is better than Craig Titus or someone else where the answer is obvious. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's obvious. It depends on the pose I think.
