Kev before he started going ott with the synthol in the shoulders. He has a far better skeletal structure and better lines than Phil.

Phil looks like he is made out of play doh, not a look i like.

Its close, but I think Phil could get the edge even if is a little narrower. Levrone just wasn't complete, his back severly lagged behind and his calves were too small. Both at their primes: equal conditioning, I'm not sure if Phil would be bigger, it seems so.

Now, I've read some guys post that Phil is better than prime Flex. Are you people crazy?  
Prime Flex is almost unbeatable, only Ronnie and Dorian could surpass him.

Levrone at his best, before the legs went MIA, was better than Heath. '93 and '95 Levrone still tops Heath. Traps, abs, chest are Lervone's by far.

Peope dn't realize how much better the 90's were and how much more competitive it was back then. Look at any O' edition from 92 to 98-99 included and probably
any guy who placed top 6 during those years would be Mr O today.

Levrone's back always lagged behind the rest of his upper body. Have you seen Phil's BDB as this O? His back is pretty thick.
