I can do the training, the cardio. I simply cant do the diet. I dont have the willpower. I completely fail at the diet. To Adonis and all those other guys who get so lean naturally, I give you all the credit in the world, it must take a lot to get there. And fatpanda, if you actually do make it all the way to the end, I will give you credit too.  I lost 22 pounds, but I dont have the willpower to keep going. So feel free to say "I told you so".

Also,

Its so much easier to fail when you are eating the way you were.  I don`t blame you.  In my opinion most fail because the food sucks.

Once again, eat around 2300-2500 calories of anything you want.  Drop the "bodybuilding bullshit" diet.  Once you do this, I am 100 percent you will succeed.

heres my thing--I dont cheat huge, its just that I cheat once a day,...well thats not true, morel like once every 2 days. I get to about 8 at night and fuking snap in the head and have, no humor intended here, a kit kat chunky or an aero bar or something like that. I dont go stupid overboard with it, I just do it like 4 or 5 out of 7 days.  At the end of the day instead of 2200 calories in I usually end up at 2500 or 2600 in.
If you are ending up at 2500 or so, you are completely fine!

Dude my reckmendation is staying flat if you cant improve. Take three days off from dieting and only eat what you need. Than when feel better diet again. Its better than gaining it all back. That way your only delaying your goal not destroying it.

Oh yeah eat a repetitive diet when your staying at a nondeficit eating. That way you feel more inclined to get on the diet foods.

Same here.  I'm actually going to go without the vodka (my sanity willing) for the month of October just to see what difference it makes to my physique.  

I've gotten back in the gym and busting ass, and while i've grown and gotten stronger I don't feel I'm seeing much happen bf wise at all.  I know I'm older, but I used to do almost no cardio and now i do between 25-45 a day depending on if I lifted.  It's frustrating the hell outta me.  It sucks not being able to use ECA or Clen :'(

I've given up vodka and I have a lot more energy now. Unfortunately the beer is giving me a gut.   :D

Eat what you like... Just not so much of it... Super simple. Mudonis is a fag,so is his nappy headed hoe.. So don't look at them and think they have all the answers.. Someone on here said he was doing a cycle? Don't know,don't care.. Keep at it,it'll come off.. One or two days is okay,so long as you eat less the other 5 days.. Don't fuck up 22pds.because you're having a weak moment..

Funny....the gut thing was my logic for drinking hard liqour instead.  That, and I mostly hate the taste of beer.  I've noticed lately that even though everything else is being done right now I have the energy of a snail.  So I figured the vodka has to be the culprit.  Good to hear that was the case for you as that provides some encouragement

That's not cheating , that's reality. The training and cardio is a big step but in the longterm if having a chocolate bar here and there is what you need to keep exercising, big fuckin' deal. February is many months away. Even if you lose 2 lbs a month from here, for the next year, you're down to 230 in a little over 12 months. I only workout 2 days a week, but it's been going strong for over 25 years.

I always try and remember that I'm not a freakin bodybuilder so I don't need to live like one.  I think most people start with the diet and then focus on the gym in that order.....I like it the othe way around.  I think gains in muscle mass in the gym can inspire a person to shift focus on their diet.  The more gains you acquire in the gym the more inspired you'll be to improve the diet so the muscle mass gains are more and more evident.  Don't train and diet like you're gonna step on stage....that ain't reality.   I also don't focus on numbers like losing 25lbs or adding an inch to my chest.  For me the more success in the gym, the more success I have with diet and cardio.....I hate cardio, can tolerate diet and love the gym.  Therefore I let my passion become the driver for improved success in the other.

It's completely unnecessary to feel guilty about eating food that tastes good or eating more calories one day. Just eat a little less on some other day or be content with a little smaller rate of weight loss.

i had Jimmy Johns and a couple choc chip cookies for lunch...and remaining in a deficit today...lose
weight + eat cookies = happy No Patience

the hardest part is i wanted to eat about a dozen more cookies, that's were the pain sets in
