Oh fuckin hell, Josh will you stop with this self mutilation.  The fact is that you were destined to fail with the game plan that you had with eating all of these egg whites, veggie, and other "so called lean foods".  There was absolutely no way you were going to maintain that kind of ridiculous diet until Febuary.  Even I couldn't do that.

Fact is that its not the foods you take into account but your caloric intake.  A calorie is a calorie Josh and that's all you really need to know about dieting is that in order to lose weight, your caloric intake simply has to be less than the amount of calories your body needs to use in a given day.

Take the formula I gave you or listen to what True Adonis is saying.  He actually knows what he's talking about and I wish I took his advice back in 2006 for the NPC Mountaineer instead of listening to all the juice monkey expert bodybuilders.  I used to weight 230 in the offseason eating clean and now I weight about 195  eating pretty much what I want and maintaining a decent physique because I'm not filling up on calories from expensive protein shakes, amino tablets, and other bullshit supplements.

Your choice but don't blame willpower because you don't even need that

I can do the training, the cardio. I simply cant do the diet. I dont have the willpower. I completely fail at the diet. To Adonis and all those other guys who get so lean naturally, I give you all the credit in the world, it must take a lot to get there. So you eat a kitkat every other day after 8pm and you are worried about that destroying your progress?  C'mon man, don't let this mess with your head, those few hundred calories are nothing......just do a little extra cardio, etc... and still enjoy the "cheat" stuff on occasion.

Seriously do days of zero change. Dont eat more than you burn. Than wait until you feel alright again, and start eating. Anyone my folks just told me Ive put on weight. Worst part is there just tired of paying for my food bill. :-[

So i doing a cereal bread chicken diet. plus fruits. really  repetitive like so I just dont wanna eat. Also try eating food that taste awful on good days or use a lot of spices.

people dont photoshop me or cut me down because I dont run around telling them I am right all the time. I know i am overweight, I understand that and I LISTEN to their input. I dont ALWAYS say I am right and cut down everyone else on the board while looking the way I do. Maybe if you were more humble, people wouldnt shit on you all the time. Agree.Just blast and cruise it.
Have a week where you loosen up on your diet a little but keep the cardio and weights up then tighten up again for a few weeks , 22 pounds is good going bro , just keep the steady as she goes and you will hit your goal .

No I don't agree. That would mean if I put someone on a 2000cal diet I could have them eat twinkies and if they stay within that 2000cal they will drop, 4cal in protein, 4cal in a carb and 9 cal in fat is not the same.

protein is different for bodybuilding purposes, but the carbs and fats are interchangable - they are just calories.

of course not, but at the end of the day both are used by the body for energy requirements. if you want to lose bodyfat you must reduce one or both of them. studies show as long as calories are counted it does not matter which.

this is a scientific fact, i really cannot understand how people still do not get this in this day and age.

True to an extent, but the process to break down different types of fats, for example, is different and requires different amounts of energy.
