I'm going back to Gold's starting tonight for a Three On-One Off Weider Split Routine, utilizing The Weider Pyramid Principle for heavy compound lifts and The Weider Peak Contraction Principle for finishing isolation lifts. Cardio...(huh, what's that) NO cardio. I'm also eating like a horse.
