Going Full Blast!

I'm going hardcore!  Just got a subscription to Flex Magazine, a bottle of T-Bomb II, a bottle of Kre-Alkalyne, and a jug of MuscleMilk.  I'm going back to Gold's starting tonight for a Three On-One Off Weider Split Routine, utilizing The Weider Pyramid Principle for heavy compound lifts and The Weider Peak Contraction Principle for finishing isolation lifts.  Cardio...(huh, what's that)  NO cardio.  I'm also eating like a horse.

Make sure you start blasting head bobbing biceps shots to limp bizkits rollin bro. Tear up some deadlifts. Each rep will be like thundering oaks crashing to the ground. You won't know if you'll make it through the whole workout but your instincts will kick in and drive you past failure.
