A marathon is over trainning ???

I know i wouldnt be able to gain wieght, and run more than 3km a day.
The question is also how many days could you keep it up befor bad side effects start creeping in.

8 sets for arms and calves

12 sets for chest, back, legs and shoulders

no more than 4-5 times a week

and do not train any longer than an hour

just my opinion

Intensity, can also change the number of sets needed it's all how much work your muscles do. You know when your coping out or not, the decision is in your head.
If your going all out, you don't neccessarly need lots of time or sets. Of course all out also means no cheating and keeping weights you can handle with proper form. Each set you should be putting in more and more intensity until nothings left.

personally I can trash most muscles in about 1hr (lower) -1/2 hr (upper)

training 20 sets each muscle, hitting every muscle twice a week...

after 10 years of being a retard, i've figured out that there's no such thing as overtraining.

gymnists eat like birds, and train much harder than our retarded asses... they never complain of 'overtraining' and they look much "fuller" than any bodybuilder ever has at their weight.

No you don't have to overtrain for a marathon
