split your leg training up, Do hamstrings the day you do your quads specifically, Quad training stretches the hamstring muscle differently to leg curls etc, just be sure to warm up before you do heavy presses and squats

When doing quads pre exhaust the lower quad first, do leg extensions then leg press and finish with smith squats,

This type of workout works well with tall man mechanics. first up regular squats are for shorter guys

Calf wise your flucked, unless you get some site oil not synthol just gear in there like the black dudes with high calves, make sure you do a lot of stretching a few days after you start shooting them, do one at a time especially at the start as you can limp on the other leg,they will get sore as, dont shoot prop first up  shit works but only to a point, so dont go over board or your muscles will fail and they will end up looking shit like wheelers did, the secret is to get it in deep like big Ron, just dont hit any nerves or they will shrink to smaller than even now.  Grin

Haha that's awesome.  You live up to your name, I respect that! Thanks dude... I will take your advice for the leg training man.  See where I can take these dam quads.  You think pre-exhausting will get them to grow?  Should I still lift heavy or do more quality controlled reps?

you sound like a lot of my friends.  they would say the same exact shit lol.  Except my girlfriend took the pictures in the breakroom of my work right after training.  She was the one who said wtf do you want me to take pictures for. lol....and there you go again about my wiener....Chaos - "God of wieners".  Good times man.

if your not on gear you may as well start, you already have the acne all over so i say go for it. i think your already on, but just are weak mentally and do not know how to train or eat, thus the legs, ect

Your lack of triceps might mean you aren't doing the right exercise to isolate them. Recommend lying extensions with upper arms fixed on a pad. Your pecs are very large. Your legs are below your upper body. It remains to be seen if you can bring them up a lot.

I'm totally joking, by no means would I ever compare myself too him or any other IFBB pro at that....as for handling criticism, why would I let it get too me?!  Haha, I'm a mellow ass dude.  Anyone who wants to try to rip on me that's totally cool with me.  They will get over it before I will Smiley  They might as well start liking me  Cool...I have friends that say the same shit too me day in and day out.  I find it funny myself!  Part of the game, I understand that.  Hazbin, you're the one with the ridiculous vascularity ya?  Trying to remember everyone...

I definitely need to work on the girth of my triceps, I have some pretty dam good split and definition.  But i'm totally lacking the thickness of the tricep.  I had to stop training the tricep heavy cause I had a little slight tear in one.  Went waaaay too heavy on skull crushers. lol...Close grip bench press good for thickness ya?

Ya I'm hoping things come in very nicely when I diet...my bf is up there right now..but it can be =)..I'm a dumbass cause I never workout abs? In offseason what should the ab workout look like?

Same as on-season, lol.

You have to work abs, especially the core muscles. Helps a lot with squats and deadlifts. If you have a plateau with Squats, try to work your core more, it might help.
