am reading this now:
basically the concept is that virtually every western state is facing a Negative population growth; all the european states are and have been for a while declining in population, esp.their native ethnic populations. this is due to modern cultural influences specifically the empowerment of women which makes many of them not want kids to focus on 'career' ( 
) and a general culture of instant gratification and living for oneself in the moment instead of having families etc etc...
the consequences are that there are 2 choices for the west: start increasing (native) populations again by having families, or become totally dependent on foreign Immigrants to support your economy/nation (which in effect leads to the downfall of the western states)
so in other words, Russia (and europe, and the US) will in theory only decline in power over the next decades as their native populations dwindle.

We are as a race, in decline, we are disapearing that's a fact, for the reasons mentioned above.
The dumbest whites will be flooded by the third world immigrants imported in mass by our cynical "elites" (industrials, politics, showbiz gurus) for financial purposes and short term personal interests, the smartest white people will stay on top of the pyramid. They ll be a lot less numerous but will lead cause they re smarter. Natural selection at its finest as usual.
