Dave said he had difficulty breathing at 300lbs... so what's the point?  ???

more people have been in space then 300 pounds in that conditioning.

THATS WHY HOMIE  ;D

Maybe he feels breathing is overrated?

Hmm, no.  He said he realized it was unhealthy for him to be that size because he couldn't breath... so he scaled back... dropped the weight and downgraded his dosage. :-[

Amazing it took him that long to realize that just maybe he should cut back just a bit...

lol, weighting 300 pounds of pure muscle it would be fun all the food he could down and not get fat...his body with so much mass was like a furnace.

I just watched the video again....What a fuckin' little douche Pellechia is...walking stereotype....Oh yeah and again, top 10 worst form ever...and Dave.....WOW....
You gotta remember where Dave came from...He was a runner, naturally skinny as fuck....All drugs is an understatement...But it is bodybuilding so what he did was impressive...BTW Jimmy could learn from Dave on form.

The more I watch the video the funnier it gets...

That's not fat, that's water.

either way its offseason, besides bigger and more cut than an avg non lifter and most lifters anyways...
8x mr o so he musta did somethin rite in the offssn

trey dont look close to that offssn, there wouldnt be so many knocks twrds him from ppl if he was close to that anyways

well im not an expert, but im a competitor...the difference between water and fat is very hard to tell....only experienced eyes (aceto for example) can figure it out. imo though water tends to make the skin more "shinny" more like its "swolen" y know what i mean, but thats just me. On the other hand fat....well its fat, just look at fatpanda.

Ronnie was NEVER above 8%-10%
I think it's pretty easy to notice the differences between the two

when you hold water, you will look puffy but when you pinch your skin, the skin will still be thin.

when it's fat and you pinch it, you will feel it's thicker

Thats because The Bull made his name during the 90s before videos were readily available...more word of mouth and what writers wrote about him. Because of Youtube, he has been exposed as a egotistical douche who just throws weight around, using momentum. And let's not forget his 400 pound skull crushers, in which he has all but 2 inches of ROM ::)
he is a idiot stuck jn his own little dream world...The Bull",  more like "Bullshit"!

what is happening in palumbos mental state, i wonder if he is a demon of sorts, he seems invincible and can just load up on shit like a mad man and willing himself to not die?

When his fake HGH started getting into the hands of aids/cancer patients. He basically sold his soul to the devil right then and there. I think you may be right on about your Demon comment.

Pellichia is actually a pretty huge guy.  I will say it was a good idea for Dave to put out that video to remind everyone to reestablish himself as the alpha dog of the site.

Palumbo never got fat... Even at 320lbs he saw lines in his glutes. He got progressively more bloated, but never gained fat... I would guess from the pics I've seen that Dave hasn't been over 7%bf since he started BBing. Even today he walks around at approx 230 with shredded glutes, and approx 5% BF (and that's with HRT doses, no BS).
