no matter how much i workout im still not huge

bros ive been going to battle with the iron for many years now, but my weight and strength leveled off after about 2 years . i was actually stronger at 20-21 than i am now .i feel like its become a futile struggle for me at this point i dont get any bigger. im tired of seeing dudes work out for 6 months and surpass me in muscles. and i dont know where to find any steroids damn it all to hell!!!

Are you eating 5-6 meals everday,every three hours,a gallon of water or more daily,training hard or merely going through the motions,sleeping and resting enough,partying too much?

OK,after reading this board for many years,I decided to eat whatever I wanted to eat for a bit,whenever I felt hungry,merely worked out,instead of being in training.

Had to feel like a human being and not be so obsessed................ the end result,I look the worst I have in my entire life,not bad for a guy my age,but not good either!!

When I ate every 3 hours or so,and counted carbs and protein grams,trained like a fucking animal,and never missed a day,I looked great.

You can definately have a balanced life if you plan ahead.

Got serious again a few weeks ago.

i encourage everyone who is serious to quit working out. That way the gym is less crowded and I look better by comparison.

I've learned (finally) that Diet is the most important thing..no matter what else you do..if you don't eat right you won't look good....working out will just make you look like a bigger piece of shit

 Same with me. I went balls out with diet and training with 100% dedication for about 3 years and at a certain point I just peaked.

 But now my metabolism is slowing down and i'm putting on more mass.

 For a natural lifter. All you can really do is push yourself to your genetic limits and then maintain it.

 If you want more. Do some steroids. If you're in the USA it should be no problem at all hooking up some gear.

I learned that even after perfecting your training and eating perfectly unless you have above average genetics steroids will only give you the body you really want.  So many guys waste so many years, so much money, so much time and energy and it's like fuck......do some gear and see some fucking results.  That's not to say you have to be a moron about steroids and hurt yourself or ruin your health.  But after you put in your dues training naturally and learning how to train and eat why not maximize your efforts?

I hear this same talk from a lot of guys, that usually look like shit.  How big are you now? How big do you want to be?  Most important, how is your diet?  Are you downing ten-12 eggs every morning?

us men are too critical on ourselves we think we need ripped abs ripped chest and everything else but in reality its much better to just eat what you want provided its not making you sick. Dont be a victim of enslaving an entire lifetime to constantly working out and pumping your muscles

the reality is your strength doesnt really change, if in your youth , say you maxed out at 30 full range pushups at any given time, odds are youll still be able to match that without any training.

so just save your muscles for sex and enjoy life.

the cool part about being a vegetarian is you shit all the time and never get "fat fat", i still eat junk but i shit it right out after lima beans mixed in with noodles and drink my grapejuice

i just hold a healthy layer of fat and hold my strength provided im not sitting on my ass all day and having plenty of sex

 I agree. These days I just eat 3 healthy meals a day and a couple snacks. Lift hard and let things fall into place.

 Lifting weights hard just feels great. The main reason I do it is the feeling of well-being and power it gives me. And the pride of working hard at something and being dedicated.

 Last night I had a hard leg workout and afterwards I felt like a swallowed a valium, felt amazing.

 Genetics determine how far you'll go as a natural lifter. Diet makes a small difference. But if you lift as hard as you can for long enough you'll reach your peak no matter what you eat.
