Are you eating 5-6 meals everday,every three hours,a gallon of water or more daily,training hard or merely going through the motions,sleeping and resting enough,partying too much?
OK,after reading this board for many years,I decided to eat whatever I wanted to eat for a bit,whenever I felt hungry,merely worked out,instead of being in training.
Had to feel like a human being and not be so obsessed................ the end result,I look the worst I have in my entire life,not bad for a guy my age,but not good either!!
When I ate every 3 hours or so,and counted carbs and protein grams,trained like a fucking animal,and never missed a day,I looked great.
You can definately have a balanced life if you plan ahead.
Got serious again a few weeks ago.
