ha this thread was not entirely serious but thanks for the replies. yeah it all comes down to genetics. ive tried every style of lifting as well as various diets, with various results. i know you can't realistically be 'huge' without juicing and i basically just lift now to stay fit and cause im addicted to it. i dont worry about it anymore and just eat what i want when im hungry

Oh tee hee so thanks for wasting everyone's time you little dip shit.  Oh well maybe there are some legitimate people on here who could benefit from the advice given by others who sincerely wanted to help.  But I doubt it.

You're a pisser bro.  Don't take it personally, but you're the typical fag that can be assed to work hard, diet properly and stay consistent with both.  Sounds like you've given up since when someone says, 'i don't wanna get huge, it's pointless,' it's really an admission that they never had what it takes.  When i was in college i did everything right for a long time and i got up to 195lbs, at 5'7".  Taking nothing but food and Creatine.  Genetics are used as an excuse by people like you.  You can't fucking tell how big you can get until you've gotten there.

Bullshit and it sounds like you're not an ectomorph yourself.  Because that is the fastest way to getting fucking fat not muscular.  I'm 6'5 and I started out at 155lbs.  10 years later I was 250 at my biggest and most ripped.  50 of that 100lbs I gained was due to abbreviated training.  It didn't matter what I ate if I overtrained I wouldn't grow.  I had to cut down my training to 2 workouts every 8-10 days.  And I still had to eat around 5k cals a day.  But those weight gainers are shit and they will lead to an ectomoprh getting fat.  The best thing an ecto can do is focuse on high fat high protein and moderate to low carbs.  Once an ecto becomes a fat burning machine watch out they have some of the baddest physiques in the gym.

When I started training, I weighted all of 136 lbs (most of which was my high-top fade from the 80s), at 5'8" or 5'9". The simple fact is (whether you believe it or not, as if I care one way or the other), the weight gainers are what I used to get bigger and stronger. Staying that weight-gainers make ectomorphs fat is bordering on the absurd. Quite frankly, they're the ectomorph's best friend, as they help get them the quantity of calories they need to grow.

It took pushing 6000 calories a day, just to get me over 200 lbs. But, I'm really not an ectomorph.  ::)

As I've said earlier, the quality of gainers now are better than they were back then. And, they're more economical (especially, if you get them on clearance).

it's called having a average or below average genetics.
There are also good chances that you will never be "huge" even if you juice.

Myself for example, I have been training for a while doing everything good (exept this year where I got fat as fuck), and the muscle is coming very slowly, while some friends of mine were my size a few years ago already !

sucks, but that's just the way it is.
you just have to find your strengh, in example, getting super ripped

BF percentage and diet make of the bulk of this bullshit. I know loads of people that claim to be endo`s because they don`t fucking eat, and I got loads that pretend to be ecto`s because there fat as shit.

There bone structure diet, metabolism, and muscle thickness all go together. Do be either endo or ecto you win or fail at all of them. The rest of us got strong points and week point. I seem to go back and forth based on diet, and which part of my body you are looking at. My legs are huge even for my height, yet my arms are average.
