It's actually a very nice machine. You get a good peak contraction since it angles your humerus at about 45 degrees. It's just like any preacher curl. The stretch if i remember is not as full but still very nice.

Actually it's better than a preacher. for one it's unilateral, and if you set the seat right so your elbow is at the pivot point of the machine, you get a great range of motion.

yeah that is a great machine.  Really isolates well.  cannot cheat to much like you can with barbell preachers.  Really makes you use good form.  I knows it's not as good as pushing a truck around Coach but maybe one day I will get to that level.

I wish i could shrink down that lean and not have the low sexdrive, counting every calorie, and being hungry as fuck, but the only way most could ever get that skinny is with cocaine

yes most definitly, i would get panic attacks from being that lean but would only feel mentally stable after i ate alot even though i wasnt that hungry. i dont think everyone can handle being super lean unless you grew up being super lean

I think the  novelty wears off after a while. I stayed in top shape for a little under 2 years, never eating over 2000 calories and my hormones and mind paid the price. Now I have a couple of cold ones every night and say fuck it.
