So I trained hard 6 days in a row and ended up with a painful hemorrhoid. Now after 5 days of not doing anything too strenuous it has mostly receded. What do you bros think, too soon to go back to lifting heavy?
I was being very careful to follow a split and not work any one body part too much during the 6 days. Never would have guessed that because I end up clenching the abs for all the exercises, that my asshole would be the weak link and that would get overworked. I wish the human body were not so frail.
