Hardly ever train them, once in a while I'll do some crunches or leg raises if I feel like at the end of a workout, which ends up being once every week or two.  Personally I think best thing for abs is diet, cardio and long term weightlifting including exercises like tricep pressdowns and dumbell pullovers that force you to flex your midsection.
