Looks like they're copying Ferrari and that failed needless to say which is why when the Enzo came out it didn't come attached with the lease program , I love fast cars but I just don't get who would buy this considering what else is out their , Lexus doesn't have a racing heritage it's known for luxury cars which are outstanding but this is an odd car not just based on looks either
on another subject you see Porsche's answer to the 458? the Turbo S? holy shit you thought the 458 was fast this car just rapes it in acceleration
458 0-60 3.3
Turbo S 0-60 2.7
458 0-100 7.5
Turbo S 0-100 6.4
458 1/4 mile 11.5@125MPH
Turbo S 1/4 mile 10.8@129
for 100K less to boot
where you get the numbers...here is the thing, the 458 beats the Enzo, the Scud around Ferrari test track...but, Ferrari apparently doesn't want any car to officially beat the Enzo's 0-60 and other times. So they say that the 599 GTO for instance does 0-60 in 3.35 secs, when the reg 599 does it in 3.2 or less.
MT had tested the Scud in 3.1 secs, and the 458 is faster....it has been said by numerous people that until the new Enzo replacement comes out, all "official" times from Ferrari will reflect that the Enzo is still on top.
Porsche's Turbo S, it's that PDK, ironically they didn't put it in the GT2 RS due to weight. But what I'm waiting for is the Panamera Coupe (928), which, if produced will go up against the 599/ and 599 replacement, DB9 replacement, Bentley Continental GT, basically all luxury front engine performance GTs, including the new M6. Which I think, will be a good comparison. A 4.8 liter TT V8 with AWD vs 4.4 liter TT V8 RWD
