It is a roller w/tiny needles   that you roll on your face so it pokes holes in your skin so their "serum" penetrates and works better.

Would you use this?

hmm not really a glowing review.  Might as be just as well of by a good exfoliation and moisturizer

I didn't say I was going to use it.  I'd probably be too afraid of getting an infection from one of the poke holes.
