I bet stuntmovie is haooy about me Finally doing something about this shit.Im currently doing 45-60 min of strenght training , 10 min of intervalls on the rowing machine (45 sec normal pase then the last 15 sec of every minute MAXING OUT then 45 normal again) and then 30 min on the treadmill, and after that around 30-45 min of stretcing, and neck rolls lol.did a bunch of CJ yesterday also, alot more demaning doing many reps starting from the ground each time then you would think lol.
