What kind of stretches are you doing? I wanted to start stretching again as well, but haven't done it in years and I'm so afraid of the pain that I haven't had the balls yet.
Im gonan try and explain them in english lol. Veyr basic, I dont know much about stretching but I figure these ones are decent to start out with
1st: the orginal glute stretch, one leg over the other you know,
2: sitting like a yoga man but with the bottom of the feets facing each other and the knees toucing the ground and then laying flat forward (apparently you need to be very flexible to do these but ive always been able to, always gets a bunch of looks when I do them, not many peopel can make the knees touch the ground apparently)
3:sitting streaight and having one foot on the inside of the other leg and toucing your toe
4: sitting straing with legs straight out and touching your toes (hardest ones for me hurts like a MOTHEREFFER) Im having a dumbell between my feet and draging myself closer to my feet also. until I can grab em, and then I hold on and endure the actually horrible pain until it gets better, takes abvout 15 sec then its easier.
5: Splits
6: neck rolls back
7: neck rolls to the front
8: standing calf stretches..
I guess someone used to stretching could give you bettter advice though haha. I like them for a starter though.
and then start over
2:
at 10sec and then I lay myself forward flat so my toes touches my chest. I could fall asleep in that position lol.
