Yet God himself created humans with no moral regulations, Gods government allows people to do whatever they please..whether its the most supreme evil or the slightest good. if a government was instituted which demanded its citizens to behave "morally", it would be destroying Gods system. God wants to let people act bad if they choose.. thats the whole point of existence: to test humans and see if they are worthy of his kingdom and whatever responsibiitties are granted there. a government should only prohibit those behaviors which will inhibit other people(s) from exercising all of their rights (which include freedom from theft, murder, ect)
