Sure Michelle, he really cares about the people doesn't he. "Let them eat cake" indeed. What about all those that have lost their jobs and homes Obama? What are you going to do to help these people? A bail out to the banks isn't the answer. Spending billions of their tax dollars on a freebie family holiday isn't going to help them is it? You are a disgrace... finally it looks like America has woken up to your hidden agenda. Enjoy the ride, you're on your way out.

I think this is a slap in the face to ordinary middle class families, that have to cut down on their expenses and maybe not even get to take a vacation with their families. Why does the President have to go there in the first place? It's not like he has to do thiswith so many people. No other President has done such an extravagent trip. It's shamful to spend that kind of money on a trip, when he has caused such a deficit in our economy. It's like, I'm the President and I can do and spend like I please, with no one holding him accountable. We all have to tighten our belts Mr. President, why don't you set the example.

Anybody want to keep this guy? We will give him to you for free, actually we will give you the $200m tab! Just give him a nice house some where, Mao's red book, and a free trip to Hawaii every once and awhile and everything will be OK!

$200,000,000.00 per day?
2 billion dollars from now? 8 billion?
This clown must go.

This trip just makes me so angry, I could just spit. 2 Billion for a 10 day vacation. This president needs to go and the senate and congress needs to put the president on a budget. The US never needed a presidential budget before but we never had a president who was so flamboyant and had no regard for those of the US who are unemployed or have lost or losing their homes.

How many unemployment claims could those several BILLION dollars have paid? How many warplanes could they have bought? Does he think he is a Pasha or Tsar?

It would be better off if he stayed at home. He is risking not only his own life but the life of other people as well and the extraordinary amount of security and the money it is costing the taxpayers it really is not worth it. The economy in the States is dire so many people are suffering, he should think again and not go.

Many poor and needy Americans will be cheered by this wanton waste at a time when jobs and welfare are in decline. Look to Europe and you will see the same waste and needless expenditure being acted out by the EU polticians. Worldwide our so called leaders are living in a different world. It cannot go on ,civil unrest around the globe is just around the corner.

It's time for politicians to stay at home with security being so expensive. Tele conferences would cost a lot less! Time for us to demand that all politicians stay at home. We have the same problem in Canada with Prime Minister HArper. His security costs are way too high. If politicians demand austerity from us we must demand austerity from them!

I cannot believe what our so called "leaders" are getting away with. Robbing us blind, telling us what is good for us and what we should want and how to live! I think Obama, Pelosi and Reid, and many other so-called "representatives" of the American people, have sunken to the very depths of depravity, and thus have been a blessing in disguise as we are finally tuned in to what government has been getting away with for so many years. Thank you for reminding us, that instead of you elitists living high on the hog at our expense, should fair no better than we peons, who you supposedly work for. Government is of, by, and for the people. We do not exist so that our reps can live like jet setters and dictate how we should just "grin and bear it, because we are not intelligent enough to do anything about it. Sorry, we have awakened and you will hear us.

This, THIS, is why we want him out of our office! Tone deaf, out of touch, resident spender in chief. Yeah, he sure cares alot about those unemployed, uninsured folks in our country. NOT. What a time to travel like this, bowing low and spending deep.
The presidency has been reduced to a 24/7, multi-trillion dollar farce.

200 m is small beer compared to the US/India 40 billion trade. This figure will rise so I'm sure the American taxpayer will get their money back and more.
- Sandy, leeds, 2/11/2010 16:15
WHAT? WHAT? Is this some sort of a JOKE? Our country is going down the tubes and he is on a $200,000,000 a day vacation in India? HAS THIS COUNTRY LOST THEIR MIND? How in the world can an Obama supporter condone this continued crap?
