I got an Indian guy from Dell once who could not speak English and his accent was so thick even if he could you wouldn't understand his gibberish.
His trouble shooting consisted of telling me to unplug everything and leave it 30 seconds before it plugging back in.
It's an insult handing me over to these people every time I have trouble with my cable, pc , bank ..
I'm not even being racial here - I don't care about their skin color, just that they can actually communicate in English.
