Dead lifts ofcourse (I had a world record with 345 kg ) , heavy barbell rows,
and chins.

Nah I still do heavy squats I always did, I competed in Powerlifting for 20 years,
the problem is I don`t do many reps.................

Whatever it is, your back looks great, front looks good too, but your legs need some work.

Maybe you should try more reps. You would look really impressive if you had legs.

.Well, I know that man, I just love to pile the weights on the bar and then
I don`t do the reps I should for the grow of the legs.Someday I will rep more I do already in the leg press so some day :)

Anyone should be proud to own that physique at any age, especially considering you are a Natural bodybuilder.  Backday, do you have any more photos throughout the years to share as I would be interested to see your progress throughout the years.

I have always considered you one of the best on here and still do.  Keep up everything!
