Slot of heavy max lifts here jay I quite strong even though he doesn't max out in all his training videos, according to MD Nov 2010 issue


BENCH PRESS         550LBS 2 REPS
INCLINE PRESS.       405LBS 6REPS
DUMBELL PRESS       200lbs 2 REPS
SQUATS                CLOSE TO 700LBS AT 19 yrs old( ass to ground jay states)
FRONT SQUATS.      455LBS 6 TO 8 REPS
DEADLIFTS.            585 for 3 reps
BARBELL ROWS       405  FOR 8 TO 10 REPS
DUMBELL ROWS.      200lbs FOR 10 REPS
MILITARY PRESS.      405 for a few reps (little help)
DUMBELL PRESS       160lbs 8 to 10
DUMBELL CURLS.      80LBS
SKULL CRUSHERS.     2 plates a side
CLOSE GRIP BENCH.   405 FOR 8 TO 10 REPS

I was a little skeptical about that one...  That's a lot of weight for a 19 yr old.
But this is what was printed word for word article written by jay his monthly column and he stated he went ass to ground on his squats always

Take away the tons of gh and juice and you can drop everything about 150 to 200 pounds same goes for that monkey ronnie coleman

i actualy dont think he's that strong for elite level bodybuilder of his size.... yates, coleman and levrone etc etc totaly crush all his numbers all day long

only impressive numbers are the shoulder presses and the alleged squats

All those seem like legit Jay lifts...the only one I question is the 700 at 19...I see him in the gym often and based on what he wrote, those seem about right.

Another point is jay works through his sets pretty fast probably why he never maxes out
