is the recent large scale relocation of low income minorities on welfare from the federal government ,from big cities (whose crime rate and social services are stretched to the limit).......................t
o previously all white middle class , lower-middle class suburbs and towns
now these towns are experiencing big city crime, murders, gangs, drug dealing.,......that they NEVER would have though possible
you hear alot about gentrification in americas big cities........and how neighborhoods property values are going up and becoming nicer...well the people who were there before, didnt disappear..........they were relocated to small towns
now instead of black crime beig centralized in big cities...........it everywhere now
so to answer your original question.,...........you would probably have to go to a very wealthy white area where they arent moving blacks in, or a very rural area
