A lot of talk on here about if there is any difference in training, dieting, quality of gear, quantity of gear, between Americans and Europeans and middle Eastern guys,so have a read of this, its 4 pages long.
This would have been the best side chest shot in the Olympia.

quality of gear has a LOT to do with it

also, if you notice, there are no guys over there  carrying jays, or kai, or phil, or rolleys type of silly mass

which makes me think they are going easier on the insulin.......and in turn, able to consistatly get harder

Don`t know if you read it,but that seemed to be the main thing talked about, that, and eating less food when dieting to keep the stomach in check, instead of having the mentality of coming in as heavy as possible.Plus using high volume workouts instead of doing cardio.

they have this silly badge of honor thing...........where its like measuring each others dicks bragging about who takes the lowest dosage

they are all steroid addicts, but some weird ethos developed where the less you take,  everyone worships you...........and they are all fuckig liars

one of the first things said in that thread............"yeah, i heard NO middle eastern guy will EVER go over 1000 mgs of test"...........then the next guy.........."offseason maybe 400mgs to 600mgs of cyp"

what fuckin world are these queers living in........how do people of a feather all seem to find each other..........every PC sissy who likes "positive bodybuilding talk and max censorship found RX muscle............every idiot who deludes themself into thinking the best bodybuilder barely use any gear, only hard work finds professional muscle ::) ::) ::)

It was me who wrote that regarding not going over 1000mg test. Now this obviously doesn't apply to every middle eastern guy - it was only a conversation between one high level bb and one middle eastern IFBB Worlds competitor. The thing is that if you add say 700mg Tren, 700mg of Mast, 700mg of EQ plus a couple of hundred mg of orals per day to that test dosage the total dosage is still very high. Some of those guys just don't like high-dose testosterone. They don't like the "bloofy" look as gh15 calls it.  :D

It's the Americans who compete for the lowest dosage award. Give the least possible credit to the drugs.  :D OTOH you got guys like Ali Amini who say the condition of guys like the IFBB worlds overall winner has a lot to do with drug quality. Will we hear the same from Hany Ramrod or Chris Aceto? Not likely.

That's an awesome thread...The Americans can learn a thing or two from those guys...Because overall that line-up is better than every NPC show including the USAs and Nationals and better than many low-level IFBB shows...

These guys are a throwback to the late 80s early 90s...

Say what you will but the overall the conditioning, separation and tie-ins are better than the Olympia top 6....Olympia top 6 look like plastic balloons with 36+ inch waists...and these guys look grainy and conditioning with much smaller waists look alot better despite being smaller...I'm going to pay attention to these shows now...

Aceto even said he had Troy on 2200-2400 cal per day...Now, Troy is a much smaller bodybuilder but he looks alot better than majority of the crap we see onstage today...who do I blame?

HANY RAMBOD, CHAD NICHOLLS,  GEORGE FARAH...These jackass have played a huge part in this starting with NICHOLS, with RAMROD the current #1 JACKASS.

Bottom line is all the extra mass has not equated to a better physique...
There's a reason Ronnie looked better 249 vs 287, that Flex looked better at 218 vs. 240 that Dennis James looked better at his rookie year in the 240s vs. 260s....
But with the American mindset of more is better, they're too stupid and arrogant to understand this and their physiques and health suffer...
Judges need to start rewarding these quality physiques and stop putting so much emphasis on useless mass...While it is bodybuilding, it not about who the biggest is and never should be...it's the best overall and Jay Cutler is a reflection of how crappy this sport has become...40+inch waist, minimal tie-ins, crappy structure, crappy posing and of course with Americans being a little "Com se com sa" mentally, they'll accept whatever is put in front of them...

So true...I don't know how anyone can think a bloated 40'' waist is acceptable in any way. As I've said before, can any pro competeing today do a vacuum pose? Or a proper side chest pose? Check out Arnold Or Danny Padilla...nuff said.

That was a great thread. I rarely get involved with thread like this but over the last few months I've been seeing some of these guys with incredible conditioning. Really reminds me of (like Jim said) the conditioning of the 70's and 80's. One the of the big differences between these guys today and 25+ years ago is that they diet a lot longer. Back then is was 4, 6 or 8 weeks of dieting, and test was usually cut about 2 weeks from the show. I mentioned this with the last show I did and people thought I was crazy. in reality you only need enough test to keep you "healthy" meaning 500-750mg at the most then either cut (200-250mg) it or drop it. People on here will disagree but it worked and we were shredded for that time. IMO the level of conditioning nowadays (or lack there of) is due to three things 1. loading on insulin before a show 2. the possible high doses of test 3. not correctly regulating the amount of carbs taken in during insulin loading.

These pic of these guys remind me of what bodybuilding was and should be, yeah you have the gear but they also train their asses off with high volume old school training. I've always said old school training is best. The guys nowadays have no clue.

Forget the test altogether and just use anabolics. Forget PCT its a waste of time. Don't get fat in the offseason. I also think guys need to come off a few months out of the year. Also, too many guys wanna do 15 minute workouts and then walk into oblivion on the treadmill for hours a day. What the fuk kinda workout is that?
