on my high carb days I go bezerk on everything. Usually fridays start am with eggs scrambled with cheese and about 2 potatoes I cut into cubes and brown them in pan with 2 toast with butter and OJ. Lunch at work I get a fully loaded chicken and barbacoa bowl from chipotle grill, chips and hot salsa with water, I do a light session at gym or walk for 30 in sauna suit when I get home that same day..take a huge dump... then eat pizza, bacon cheese bread and chicken wings for dinner.
I get in most sleep friday pm -sat. am...I usually feel and look leaner next morning. almost like my body needed all that food and rest.
