I 'binge' probably 3 times per week, twice during the week and once on a Saturday night after work.  I normally aim to get 2-3000 calories in during said binges.  My diet does have a junk/normal/sloppy meal in most days, but the binges are where I make a pig of myself.

I'm out for a meal on Wednesday night, I have ordered a mixed grill that if you can finish you get for free.

I'd love to come with on Wednesday .. if even only just to see all the good stuff you'll be getting  !!
