how much caffeine do you want me to intake? 99% of the people in that starbucks buy 1 cup of coffee and stay for 6 plus hours...i've seen business meetings, interviews...moms with strollers that dont buy jack shit and just sit there and yap (while annoying me)...fuck i've seen college kids bring in outside food and drink...
soo yeah...i'm gonna complain...i just despise the passive aggressive shit...just tell me to leave if you want me to leave...

besides..i'm NOT the only one thats complained about the temperature in there...plenty of other people have...

and if you r gonna ride such a high horse...i really hope you've NEVER used a department store, mcdonalds, gasstations bathroom without buying something first ...

the starbucks is corporate owned.....it actually has 1 long study table running alongside a wall...there r 2 types of customers..ones that come in and sit around for 3 or 4 hours..and ones that go to the drive thru...

and you r NOT the owner...my dad owns a few businesses and no you couldn't kick ANYONE out even if you wanted to....you dont know jackshit about running a business

I have been saying that for years.  when i used to study a few years back, they would turn the air down to 60 degrees, even in January.   I would give them a 2 dollar tip and buy stuff every 2 hours so I did not feel guilty about being there for 4 hours...

so me and my friends used to bring in winter jackets and hats, etc..   if would be funny as shit, we would all be there bundled up like there was a snow storm outside, and it would be in the middle of July!  good times.

I dont know if anyone else has spend any amount of time reading (studying) at star bucks.  Because of those bastards i have a severe head cold/fever right now. I know i shouldn't be posting here but FUCK me this needs to be said and maybe more people will go complain on their website....

....i noticed them starting to do this around 3 months ago....when  they'd see too many people studying in there (its in a college town) they'd turn up the music to the point that you'd hear it even with ear plugs in.

recently ...about 2 months ago they had started turning the temperature down also...you'd feel the AC come on and you'd literally see everyone in there put their jackets on...but it hasn't stopped there...they turn it down till you r shivering inside your jacket. Eventually the crowd of regulars decreased except me and my buddy...we really dont have anyone else to go at 6 am in the morning...and today they won...they finally FUCKING got me sick...3 hrs i shivered my ass off before i finally left instead opting to drive an hour away to study in a more comfy spot...but the damage is done...i'm fucking sick

Starbucks got rich with "Coffee to go" in a paper bag. No cost, but high turn-over.

Naturally the "cafe" part is just an alibi, they don't want people to drink in and occupy the seats, they want you to take your paper cup and get the fuck out of the store.

For me, Starbucks coffee is roasted too much, but sometimes i like that. In Japan, SB has some good tea beverages.

they had space heaters all over the place behind the counter, plus they had the pull up window open, so it was just a little warmer behind the counter.  but they were busy moving around, so they would not feel as cold as someone sitting there for hours...
