I think we need to mount a campaign to get Billy back. I know many of you disagree with a lot of what he posts, but what happened to him was totally screwed up.

His posts were entertaining, usually well informed, and helped spark debate and discussion.

We all get shat upon by other posters at times, but what was permitted to happen with Billy was over the line, especially with his kids.

So, I'm giving a shout out for Billy to come back to the board.

Mons is a TA gimmick.

Other than a few posters like Mons, Benny, and a few whack jobs here or there, most I'm sure would like him back.

Billy should come back. That kinda stuff, especially the comments about his kids, was way out of line. Unless someone posts the pics themselves, family and friends of posters should be off limits. So many funny people on this site, but thats such a cheap way of trying to get laughs.....

They started a thread trashing him on G&O that gotten way out of hand. They photoshopped images of him is crazy ways and spent page after page after page mocking him. Billy made a post with 4 options how to deal with him, and the last one was "Option D - wanna fight?"

From there, take took on a life of its own.

But it got worse, the threads were deleted and another was posted and TA put up picks of billys' kids on the site.

Hugo, myself, and a few others tried running some interference because it was just screwed up what was going on, but it just got crazy.

He also made a nasty remark about Ron that I don't think went over too well but that is not what set it off.

I thought the option D thing was just kinda funny.....as Mal did.....but I think all sane posters saw the line crossed with the kids pics.....the photoshops are nothing new and were just goofs....and the assholes who were suddenly so offended by the "jew" comment are such hypocrits as the stuff thrown around about every other religion on this site goes way, way beyond that.

The perpetual losers on this board had nothing to do so they started scanning the political threads and picked a target. Those accusing him caused many irony meters to explode.
