i got Ron to close all my accounts, then block my ip,..then i installed a blocker on my laptop that blocks me from going on getbig an d it cant be reversed. Essentially I cannot access getbig at all, nor do I want to. Life is too enjoyable to waste time on there anymore

Irish show on 30th April
With the gh (kigs) its like you improve every training session
My eating could be bettermin that I could be eating more but im getting in about 7small meals

I completely agree about the kigs, im using 10IU per day and people in the gym are asking me how i look better every time they see me, im the same as you my eating is not always 100% spot on, im just eating when im hungry, my weight has only gone up 7lbs but the whole look of my body is so much better, im going to bump it to 15iu per day soon

will you change your cycle in anyway for the show prep?

Cycle for show will be 15iu gh up until a week out
Dbol at 100mg a day until a week out
Tren 75mg daily from 8wks out
Masteron 75mg daily from 8wks
Test prop 100mg daily from 8wks
