With the gh (kigs) its like you improve every training session
My eating could be bettermin that I could be eating more but im getting in about 7small meals
I completely agree about the kigs, im using 10IU per day and people in the gym are asking me how i look better every time they see me, im the same as you my eating is not always 100% spot on, im just eating when im hungry, my weight has only gone up 7lbs but the whole look of my body is so much better, im going to bump it to 15iu per day soon
will you change your cycle in anyway for the show prep?
