I started easy today with 2 times so far, sustaining a 1300Watt output. I lowered the seat in order to get more leverage and speed on the air dyne cardio bike for this.
this engages fast twitching fibers only, and you stop before your body taps in to the sugars barely, which happens after about 8 sec all out, and also before you tap into any heart/lung capacity. so it should be a very safe way of working out. I got up first thing in the morning and did this and I have had a nice warm tingling feeling the whole day. must be working.
