he is a conditioned athlete who picked up bodybuilding from a professional level of football
to each his own as far as training methods go
I'm just sayin, and I dont know how much or how often (mode/frequency) this guy trains just judging by the video he seems to use alot of diff training methods that are rather foreign to bb'ing
thats all - what works for one may not work for another
