Longest time with heavy muscle soreness?

Due to the fact that I'm a natural old fart, I'm beating my all time record: after an extreme "back-day" I'm still not able to extend my arms past 90° since last sunday.


Anyone did better?

When I do legs, I can not have sex for 48 hours do to glute cramping.

Once as a teenager I had soreness for about 2 weeks in my legs, and other time in my chest for the same length of time.

i pulled somethg in my fockin rhomboid but only on the left side


fck all it hurts to even turn my head or cough right now

a long week for legs, it sucks energy like crazy and feel tired all day.
