plus, what you gotta remember that by the time in the 90s-early 2000s when he was winning all those masters things..........he was already in his late 40's-50 in believe

at that point he just needed to maintain an dnot get hurt (which is easy as you get up there)


im sure he spent many years doing heavy presses

FOR THE  QUESTIONS OF HOW HARD I TRAIN ?

I'VE TRAINED THE SAME WAY FROM DAY ONE.. I AM NOT A STRONG PERSON  BUT I TRAIN HARD NEVER THE LESS..  I FOUND OUT A LONG TIME AGO,  ITS ABOUT INTENSITY ''  NOT ALWAYS  ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU  CAN LIFT .. .

in a recent intervieew with RX he said he doesnt lift as a bodybuilder anynroe, and is pretty much back to healthy normal person size due to injury


of course he isnt competing
