Actually, I have nearly 20 years of training experience, and I've worked as a fitness trainer as well, so I think that I've got some knowledge. I've tried just about every training protocol that one can think of, and I ALWAYS got the most muscle growth by using BIGGER AND BIGGER WEIGHTS, extended sets NEVER did jack shit for me. P.S.
