Was 220 at this time last year. I now hover around 200-205. Pant size is way down and abs and obliques are all now visible. Did it by cycling carbs which i had never done before and doing HIIT Sprints and jogging a few times a week. Am actually stronger than I was but i think a lot of that has to do with improved fitness, was carrying to much weight on 5'8 frame before.
