big guys and poundage....

theres lots of threads regarding lifting heavy as opposed to training smart...

as a 250 plus bodybuilder i can vouch for the train with moderate weights, nice n smooth..

this is going out to the other big guys on here, how do you approach this, and put this matter to bed..

( this is for people who actualy train, 250 plus, unless your short 220 )
