Tbombz or gh15- for the Contest prep of an IFBB PRO?

Who would you put your money on for the best overall chance of success?

Neither did Chad Nichols..... however in my honest opinion i wouldn't want to use him either. I would rather use a Palumbo, Aceto, or Fuller for a prep guru.

I don't know if i necessarily agree with eating chinese buffet as a cheat meal on a diet either.

your better off doing it yourself. Only thing you need is an honest set of eyes that knows what you should look like at x amount of weeks out.

Thats really the only reason why i had the trainer i did last year. I did my own diet, "supplements", etc and when it came down to it no water manipulation was needed. All he did was look and give me the thumbs up. Sometimes you have to pay for that kind of attention from someone who KNOWS what they are talking about. You get desperate and emotionally unstable deep into a diet.

But the key is how much he has changed since starting training. If he has changed a great deal, then it's most likely that he has some decent knowledge.
