I am lokin to buy a new type of machine to workout on and the new stuff is looking a lott better than just benching and curls.The things they make now are all in one so tell me people do u think that this is a good workout machine for me

it's no good.  Weider makes a good home gym for about 460.  Save up, and get that one.  It comes w/ weights cables, a squat cage, bench, etc.  Don't blow your money on this one.

Get a power rack with dips handle and pull up bar .

A bench ,a oly bar and dumbbells handles .
