Well, it is very obvious and true that COMPOUND EXERCISES ARE KING, and I even think that the tris can get by just fine with dips and close-grip bench presses, BUT... I don't think that the bis get as much quality stimulation from "pull" exercises ie. all forms of rows and pulldowns. But maybe I am just saying this coz my biceps pretty much suck, and they are BY FAR my worst upper body part lol
