McFadden was 240 relatively lean pounds back in the 1920's at a height of 5'10. But I guess according to GH15 he was grinding bulls' testicles in alcohol to get the testosterone out and inject it since it is impossible according to him for a 5'10 guy to weight 240 lean pounds.
You know, you guys would be amazed by what can be accomplished drug-free if you train hard and properly. The two key words here are "hard" and "properly". Taking sets to failure or past them in compound movements, preferably with free weights to stimulate even more muscle mass that is required to balance the weight is a must, and so is clinical form 99% of the time. Since only a very small fraction of trainers do that, then most trainers can't grow. The giant failure of almost anyone at gaining mass is due to the fact that gaining mass drug free is hard work. Really, really hard work, and you can never miss workouts. Because so few are willing to pay the price by doing heavy free barbell squats and deads to failure, few can grow.
