As some of you may know, I am in the process of attempting a "body transformation" going from 167 @ 15% to 165 @ 6% Allright, so here is the situation, I weight train every other day, and I'm thinking about cycling 24 hours normal diet with a decent amount of carbs and for the next 24 hours eating a lo-carb/lo-cal diet (800 cals/50 carb grams). I plan to do 2 hard 30 min aerobic sessions on my off days, days when I don't weight train. With the diet, I plan to start the calorie/carb load the night before my weight training session. So it looks something like this: at around 11pm have a decent sized meal with plenty of carbs, and continue with another high cal/hi carb meal at breakfast upon rising. And then have my weight training session after breakfast, and then after the training session a moderate cal moderate carb meal, and then hit the lo carb/lo cal protocol until 11pm the next day, with 2 or maybe even 3 hard 30 min aerobic sessions while on the lo cal/lo carb protocol. So what y'all think about this?
