Ok fellas, you have helped me to "see the light" and realize that this "transformation" won't take place overnight. And also that I should try and be a little bit more sane and resonable, so I will focus on getting rather lean (sub-8) 1st, and then staying lean while adding muscle after I have gotten rather lean. So, I will give myself 3 weeks to hit sub-8, and then I will post some ab/lo back pics to prove that I am indeed sub-8. I'm not sure what my exact % bodyfat is now, but it is certainly somewhere btw 13% and 16%
