This guy broke a shitload of Navy rules. The rules are in place for a reason - so scores of enlisted people who are gay, religious, or just plain offended by video of dudes grinding on dudes - don't have to sit thru crap like this. Sure, some thought it was funny. I could stab a kitten with an ice pick, and there will always be sickos that'll laugh at it. It doesn't make it RIGHT.
This guy broke navy rules. What he did wasn't RIGHT. period. Slap him on the wrist, a quick demotion or whatever, and let the issue go.
