So you are going to be a pro in 3 years and yet you havent trained the last few days
way to stay on track 
I am going right now. I will post in the training log after. Today went well, did an hour of cardio at 6am went to school got home at 5:20 ate some chicken rice cabbage (red cabbage) sharp cheddar cheese and tons of baby spinach. Was real tasty. All day eating brown rice with turkey (exactly 1/2 cup brown rice total, about 8 9 oz of turkey or so). Breakfast was super good 3 eggs 1 spicy sausage 3oz pepper jack cheese cooked in olive oil. I feel good, mentally exhausted though. Heading out now, fuck I am a lazy bastard. Consistency is the biggest thing I need to fix.
I will take pictures I just don't have the inclination. In case you haven't seen me I am ghostly white, if I don't take pics from directly overhead lighting I do not look good at all. So somewhat limited as to where I feel comfortable getting pictures taken. And keep in mind I am on a mountain bike here and I train alone, you can be sure I am not asking random dudes at my gym to take pics of me with my pants pulled down, just for the sake of some curious getbiggers. I will get them up, hopefully buddy will take some this weekend (he competes so it is not nearly as awkward). OH and I will weigh myself today, I am guessing I sit around 208 right now. HOPEFULLY less though. 202 would be great.
